Terms & Conditions
The terms on which The Immigration Lounge provides immigration advice and services.
1. About us
The Immigration Lounge provides UK immigration advice and services from Gresley House, Office G12, Ten Pound Walk, Doncaster DN4 5HX. Our adviser, Mr. Tanveer Hussain, is licensed by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide advice at Level 3.
2. Our services
Before we begin any work, we will confirm in a client care letter the scope of our work, our fee and what we need from you. We only act within the categories and level of our IAA authorisation.
3. Fees and payment
Our consultation fee is £50. Our service fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins, with no hidden charges.
Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric appointment fees, translation and other third-party costs are not included and are payable separately.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents, and to tell us promptly about any change in your circumstances. We cannot be responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
5. Outcomes
All decisions are made by the Home Office or other relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee the outcome or processing time of any application.
6. Appointments and cancellations
Appointment requests made through this website are not confirmed until our adviser contacts you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Any cancellation or refund terms will be explained before you agree to a service.
You may end our services at any time. Fees for work already carried out may remain payable, as set out in your client care letter. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please follow our complaints procedure. You may also complain to the Immigration Advice Authority.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your client care letter sets out the agreed service, payment terms and any applicable cancellation rights.
